PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a combustion of a burner capable of suitably supplying air to a burner even in case of stopping supply of combustion exhaust gas while avoiding a decrease in energy efficiency. SOLUTION: In the combustion equipment comprising a burner for burning fuel to be supplied, an air supply means for supplying combustion exhaust gas from a combustion type prime mover as a combustion oxygen for burning the fuel and supplying the air for supplementing an insufficient amount of the oxygen, and a confluent part 4 for combining an exhaust gas channel 6 for passing the exhaust gas from the mover and an air channel 5 for flowing the air from the supply means to combine the exhaust gas with the air to supply the mixture to the burner, a combining part 4e of the channel 6 is constituted so that, when the input of the exhaust gas is stopped, a negative pressure is obtained by inputting the air from the channel 5.
