PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste feeder which can feed waste stably for a long time while suppressing entanglement of strings or fibrous dust mixed into a dust bag. SOLUTION: A waste feeder being employed in waste treatment plant comprises a spiral conveyor 10 constructed of a spiral member 11 for carrying waste A and a rotary shaft 12 disposed at one end or both ends of the spiral member. Since a shaft is not provided in the direction penetrating the carrying direction of waste A, space factor of carriage is enhanced while suppressing entanglement of fibrous dust.
