PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the pulsation of an output pressure or the generation of abnormal sound by preventing the vibration of the outer peripheral valve portion of a valve element seated on a first valve seat in the input port side of a quick release valve. SOLUTION: An input port 2a, an output port 2b and an exhaust port 2c are formed in a housing 2, a first valve seat is provided in the input port side, and a second valve seat is provided in the exhaust port side. A valve element 4 housed in the housing has a columnar portion 4a seated on the second seat and a valve portion 10 in the outer periphery of a flange portion 4b. Further, a cylindrical portion 12a is provided to freely slidably fitted to the columnar portion of the valve body, a retainer 12 having an outer peripheral portion 14 for supporting the backside of the outer peripheral valve portion is provided, and a spring 16 is provided to press the outer peripheral portion of the valve element to the first valve seat side via the outer peripheral portion of the retainer. Then, the outer peripheral valve portion of the valve element and the outer peripheral portion of the retainer are connected to be integral. Thus, since the separation of the outer peripheral portion of the valve element from the retainer is prevented during a brake operation, vibration is prevented.
