PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a room temperature-curing composition that can inhibit the cured products from being stained on their surfaces with time and give a sealing material manifesting excellent physical properties after being cured. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyether polymer that has the main chain of polyether and a crosslinkably hydrolyzable silyl (preferably an alkoxysilyl) on molecular chain ends, having a number- average molecular weight of 4,000-30,000, (B) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of cement (suitable normal portland cement) and (C) a silanol condensation catalyst (suitably tetrabutyl titanate). The component A is prepared by, for example, reaction of a terminal allyl-containing polyoxyalkylene with a hydrogenated silicon compound. The polyoxyalkylene is preferably polyoxypropylene. The amount of the component C to be used is preferably 0.5-3 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
