PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make structure simple, make outward appearance design excellent and prevent the occurrence of warp by pressing and fixing a substrate assembling material on, an outer wall panel by a fixed plate provided on the reverse of the outer wall panel in an outer wall panel structural body fixing the substrate assembling material on the reverse of the outer wall panel. SOLUTION: In an outer wall panel structural body 10 constituted to fix the substrate assembling material 1 on the reverse 59 of an outer wall panel, a plurality of the cross section U-shaped long steel-made substrate assembling materials l are pressed and fixed on the outer wall panel at a regular interval along the vertical direction of the outer wall panels by a fixed plate provided on the reverse 59 of the outer wall panel, and joined by an adhesive 7. The metal-made fixed plate 2 forms a contact end 21 abutted on the reverse 59 of the outer wall panel in a substantially arrow shape in the form of a hook, and thickness between the reverse 59 of the outer wall panel and the fixed face of the substrate assembling material 1 is secured when the substrate assembling material 1 is fixed on the reverse 59 of the outer wall panel. The fixed plate 2 is fixed on the outer wall panel by a stop screw 24.
