<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nearly precisely feed a prescribed quantity of viscous fluid to a prescribed position of a work even if the work is minutely displaced by defining the flow rate of the discharged viscous fluid from a nozzle to a prescribed range of pressure of the viscous fluid and a prescribed range of the discharge distance. SOLUTION: A flow regulator 10 is interposed in a hose 6 between a pressure gage 9 and a flow meter 8 and a nozzle 4 of the bore 0.3 mm-0.5 mm is used so that high-pressure viscous fluid of approx 150 kg/cm2 can be fed continuously from a pressure supply source 1 to a prescribed position of a work. Then, the pressure of the high pressure viscous fluid is regulated to 150 kg/cm2-70 kg/cm2 so that the discharge distance of the viscous fluid 5 emitted from the nozzle 4 is enlarged to 50 mm-100 mm. By this constitution, a prescribed quantity of viscous fluid to a prescribed position to the work can almost precisely be fed even if the work is displaced.</p> |
