PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus which can continuously make measurement for a long period, without being restricted in the design of the instrument. SOLUTION: A measuring instrument is provided with a set of probes 3a and 3b for measurement, a measurement circuit 11 which makes measurement based on signals SM to be measured inputted through the probes 3a and 3b, a display section 5 which displays the measured results of a circuit 1, and a secondary battery 25 for power supply. The battery 25 is constituted with the battery 25 capable of being charged with an input voltage inputted through the probes 3a and 3b.
