PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit to remove water drips from dew condensation by moving them from the bottom surface of a ceiling to the outside by providing gutter holes causing the capillarity to a panel body constituting the ceiling portion of a room or a container generating water vapor in such a manner that the holes opening from one end of the bottom surface of the panel body to the multiple ends of downward gutters and providing them continuously at the equal intervals to the whole of the bottom surface portion of the panel body. SOLUTION: A gutter 3 having a width 'a' in the range of 0 to 5 mm causing a capillarity on the whole of the bottom surface 2 of a panel body 1 of metal, plastics or the like having affinity to water is formed in such a manner that a width 'c' of a spacing 4 between gutters 3 and 3 becomes a width of 0 < c < width of falling water of dew condensation. Here, the gutter 3 is sloped at least several degrees relative to the width of gutter 'a' in longitudinal direction, and a depth 'b' is given to the spacing 4 which is the depth causing the capillarity in succession between water of dew condensation in the groove 3 and causing an attracting force between molecules mutually of water of dew condensation inside and outside of the gutter opening. As stated above, by subdividing the bottom surface 2 of the ceiling panel 1, the attracting force between water and the surface tension are scattered by which rapid concentration of the water of dew condensation in a wide range can be suppressed and the water of dew condensation can be moved to the outside of the panel surface.
