PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further expand an application range by equipping an addition means or the like for generating a displacement command signal to a control means by adding a target position and the output of a plurality of LPFs (low- pass filter). SOLUTION: A device is provided with a vibration response calculation block 11 for calculating the drive target value of a vibration machine afterΔt by inputting the output value of at least a load sensor and a group of blocks 12-17 for calculating a displacement command value given to the vibration machine by predicting a target signal afterδt according to target displacement, target velocity, and target acceleration during a block 18 for generating a command signal in a form suited for the control device of the vibration machine based on the output. In this case, the displacement, velocity, and acceleration obtained from the vibration response calculation block 11 are used as a method for compensating for vibration machine response delay and displacement that is ahead by the vibration machine response delay is predicted as a vibration machine command value by arithmetic processing including the LPFs 13 and 16.
