PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a technical idea for solving the problems of densely populated areas and traffic in large cities. SOLUTION: This tunnel network relates to the arrangement of a tunnel pipe for roads to explore the traffic network of a densely populated area. This technical idea includes those for at least one loop road arranged along the periphery of a densely populated area, a plurality of tunnel pipes, which are arranged in this loop road in regular spaced relation and extend deeply below a supply and discharge system of the densely populated area, and a plurality of under-ground parking lots having access devices to the surface of the densely populated area, which are developed through these tunnel pipes. In a preferable example, the tunnel pipes extend as loop tunnel pipes in parallel with each other with an angle and are formed as a series of tunnel pipes arranged at a variety of depth in the under ground.
