PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify drawing of a rolling stock by connecting continuous first and second lines connected to each other three-dimensionally by a frog having two rails. SOLUTION: Rails 11, 12 of a first line 10 dispense with slitting, and rails 21, 22 of a second line are provided close to the outside of the rail 12. Connecting rails 52, 53 are fixed to a base plate large enough to be placed on the rails 11, 12, 21, 22, and when it is installed in an intersecting region, the ends of the connecting rails 52, 53 become flush with the rails 11, 21, and the rails 12, 22 and become gradually higher in the middle part. Both ends of the connecting rails 52, 53 are respectively provided with vertical walls 52a, 53a along the outer side surfaces of the rails 11, 21 and the rails 12, 22, thereby floating or shifting of wheels. Only at need, when this switch-and-lock movement apparatus 50 is installed, since the main trunk is continuous in the ordinary state, deceleration is not needed, no vibration is caused, and its strength is increased.
