PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material superior in contrast enhancing performance and productivity. SOLUTION: This heat-developable photosensitive material is constituted by coating a support with an organic solvent or aqueous coating fluid, on which support organic silver grains, photosensitive silver halide grains and reducing agent are provided and at least one of a hydrazine compound and a quaternary onium salt and an amine compound are added in a solid state. The above heat- developable photosensitive material is manufactured by the method that the heat-developable photosensitive material having the above constitution is coated with the coating fluid 30 min-36 hours after adding a hydrazine compound, a quaternary onium or an amine compound in a solid state to the coating fluid.
