PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-fogging agent for a polyolefin film coating excellent in persistence of anti-fogging effects. SOLUTION: This anti-fogging agent for a polyolefin film coating contains an amphoteric surfactant as an anti-fogging component. Lecithin, or the like, are included in the amphoteric surfactant. The anti-fogging agent may further contain a bonding auxiliary resin. A natural resin such as a gum rosin or its modified material, a polyolefin-based resin, a chlorinated material, or the like, of the polyolefin-based resin such as a chlorinated polypropylene are included in the bonding auxiliary resin. A nonionic surfactant such as a sucrose ester of a fatty acid may further be contained therein.
