PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application environment comfortable for a user, by providing a time counting means for a voice regenerating device, changing an output according to a regenerating operation maintaining time, and adjusting the regenerated output according to sensitivity change of human auditory sense. SOLUTION: A control means 5 receiving a command for starting a regenerating operation commands a time counting means 7 to start an operation, and since then, continues to transmit information T(t) related to a operation maintaining time from the time counting means 7 to the control means 5. The control means 5 transfers the information T(t) to a storage means, and generates information M(f, t) required for determining an output suitable for the operation maintaining time. This time factor function M(f, t) is transferred from the storage means 9 to the control means 5. The control means 5 determines a restraint function D(f, t) based on the function M(f, t). The control means 5 transmits an output command B(t) transmitted from an input means 6 and the function M(f, t) transmitted from the storage means 9 to a sound volume adjusting means 4. Thus, a regenerated output is determined, and a voice output means 8 generates the regenerated output. |
