PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary mechanism unit capable of preventing the freezing of a sealing section by providing a heater in the sealing section of a rotor positioned outside a main body. SOLUTION: A rotary mechanism unit is provided with a stator 3 fixed to a main body and protruded from a guiding hole formed in the main body, a rotor 5 rotatably provided in the stator via a bearing 7, a sealing section 10 provided between the stator and the rotor and positioned outside the main body, and a heater 11 provided in the rotor and positioned inside the sealing section. By heat from the heater, the freezing of the sealing section is prevented. |
