PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an endoscopic treatment implement which is low in a production cost, is capable of executing washing without leakage in the spacing between the inside surface of a sheath and a manipulation wire and is hygienically excellent by making it possible to pour liquid from a liquid feed tube into the spacing between the sheath and the manipulation wire. SOLUTION: One end of the flexible liquid feed tube 50 is connected to an O-ring pressing screw 32. An injection cylinder 100 is mounted on the other end side of the liquid feed tube 50. When the washing liquid is extruded from the injection cylinder 100 toward the liquid feed tube 50, the washing liquid is sent into the spacing between the outer peripheral surface of a drive rod 1b and the O-ring pressing screw 32. Then, if the O-ring pressing screw 32 is set to the extent of not crushing the O-ring 34, the washing liquid is sent from the inside of a sheath base end mouthpiece 31 into the flexible sheath 3 and is delivered from the front end of the flexible sheath 3. Consequently, the overall length of the portions where the manipulation wires 1a and 1b pass including the spacing between the manipulation wire 1a and the flexible sheath 3 may be easily washed.
