PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently and smoothly supply resin by providing a resin transportation pipe extending from a condensate demineralizer system to the outside of a controlled area and constituting so as to directly transport new resin from resin receiver inlet outside the controlled area to a prescribed destination. SOLUTION: To the condensate demineralizer system 1 placed in a controlled area 2 and provided with a demineralizer tower 3 and a separation and regeneration tower 12, a resin transportation pipe 20 extending to the outside of the controlled area 2 is provided. The one end is connected to the resin transportation pipe 15 and the other end is constituted in a resin receiver inlet 21 outside the controlled area. In the case transporting new resin from a resin container 24 to the demineralizer tower 3, the resin container 24 filled with new resin is carried in near the resin receiver inlet 21, a flange part 31 is connected to the resin receiver inlet 21 and an outlet valve 28 and a switch valve 30 are opened. Valves 22, 23, 16 and 9 on the path of the resin transportation pipe 20 are opened and a pump 29 is actuated. The new ion exchanger resin 25 in the resin container 24 is transported via pipes 27, 20, 15 and 8 on the path from the resin container to the demineralizer tower 3. When supply amount reaches a specific value, the pump 29 is stopped.
