PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a reagent for immunological analysis capable of stably maintaining reactivity while developing the advantage of an avidin-biotin reaction and an immunological analyzing method capable of performing speedy, simple, and accurate analysis on compounds to be analyzed. SOLUTION: A reagent for immunological analysis contains a complex of a biotin introducing antibody fragment Fab' or a biotin introducing antigen (1) and a labeled cross-linked avidin (2) subjected to a cross-linking treatment and combined with a labeled substance. The biotin introducing antibody fragment Fab' or the biotin introducing antigen (1) and a post labeled cross-linked avidin (2) combined with a labeled substance after a cross-linking treatment are used for an immunological analyzing method.
