PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cleaning vehicle having a suction device from leaving unswept portions when it is traveled at a high speed. SOLUTION: A rotary brush device 7 is provided on the front side of the pickup head 2a of a suction device 2 arranged nearly at the center of a vehicle body 1 in the advancing direction of the vehicle body 1. The pickup head 2a is arranged long in the vehicle width direction at the center section of the vehicle body 1, and the rotary brush device 7 is constituted of a rotary brush 5 having nearly the same cleaning width in length as that of the pickup head 2a and a recovery box 6 recovering the dust swept up by the rotary brush 5.
