PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer excellent in adhesion to polar resins and in mechanical properties. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is composed of (I) 100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer composed of an aromatic vinyl block and conjugated diene block, and/or hydrogenated product thereof, (II) 2 to 100 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin-based resin, (III) 10 to 250 pts.wt. of a polyurethane elastomer, and (IV) 10 to 250 pts.wt. of a paraffin-based oil.
