PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber chemical masterbatch being capable of containing rubber chemicals in a high concentration and having excellent flexibility, ductility, and rubber chemical dispersedness by mixing a specified rubber composition derived from ethylene, anα-olefin, and a nonconjugated diene with rubber chemicals. SOLUTION: This masterbatch comprises a rubber composition comprising 10-50 wt.% high-molecular-weight ethylene/cc-olefin/nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber having an ethylene content of 60-80 mol%, an intrinsic viscosity [η]of 2.0-5.0 dl/g (as measured in decalin at 135 deg.C), and an iodine value of 10-40 and 50-90 wt.% liquid ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber or liquid ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber having an ethylene content of 50-78 mol% and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2-0.6 dl/g (as measured in decalin at 135 deg.C) and rubber chemicals in a ratio (rubber composition/rubber chemicals) of 50/50 to 85/15 by weight. Theα-olefin used is a 3-20Cα-olefin.
