PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of hole burying work by pouring and solidifying a filler such as mortar in a plastic film form matched with the shape of the bolt box of a segment joint part, and mounting it on the box. SOLUTION: A previously molded solid hole burying material is fitted to the bolt box 14 of the primary lining segment 13 of a shield tunnel to be fixed by an adhesive or the like, and the bolt box is filled in one process. A cement- based material, a high polymer-based material or the like is cast in a plastic film form matching the solid hole burying material to the shape of the bolt box to be cured and molded. In addition, the form is formed of a plurality of molds in one film, and after curing, it can be carried by a carriage, a fork lift or the like every form. After the segment 13 is tightened by bolts 19 and the nuts 20, the solid hole burying material is taken out from the form to be mounted on the bolt box 14. Thereby workability and quality can be improved and a construction period can be shortened.
