PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a refrigerating capability or output of a stirling equipment for a refrigerator or an engine and to reduce a vibration with a compact structure. SOLUTION: The V-shaped two-piston Stirling equipment comprises a semi- sealed housing 2 having a motor 6 and a crankshaft 9, two or above cylinder units 1, 1' provided axially at the crankshaft so that the each unit has compression cylinders 13 for reciprocating compression pistons 22 and expansion cylinders 14 for reciprocating expansion pistons 27 arranged in a V shape, an interlocking mechanism for interlocking the pistons 22 and 27 to the crankshaft 9, a high temperature side heat exchanger 32, a regenerator 33 and a low temperature side heat exchanger 34 with a function of a refrigerator or an engine.
