PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket capable of suppressing the bore deformation of an engine, and reducing the friction resistance of a piston or the oil consumption of the engine. SOLUTION: In a gasket main body 11, a combustion chamber hole 12, a bolt hole and an annular bore bead 14 are formed. On the surface of the gasket main body 11, a flexible heat resistant annular seal 17 is provided in a primary seal portion 16 provided along the peripheral edge of the combustion chamber hole 12. The heat resistant annular seal 17 is made of a heat resistant inorganic adhesive mainly containing ceramic particles and mixing a thermoplastic resin as a binder, and formed on the surface of the main body 11 by screen printing. Further, rubber coatings 18 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the main body 11 (including the upper and lower surfaces of the annular bore bead 14) and the exposed surface of the heat resistant annular seal 17 to cover the same.
