PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant controller communication device which communicates with a general computer having a different Endian system without applying any load on a plant controller CPU unit and the CPU of the general computer. SOLUTION: This plant controller communication equipment is connected to the plant controller CPU unit 1 through a bus 6 and has a TCP/IP communication process 11 which communicates data to the general computer 15A on the TCP/IP protocol basis through an Ethernet I/F 9, also has an Endian converting process 12 which converts data of the Little Endian system of the plant controller CPU unit 1 and data of the Big Endian system of the general computer 15A by converting the byte order, and allows the data communication between the plant controller CPU unit 1 and general computer 15A through the Endian converting process 12.
