PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker body/flowing object recovery device for a river or irrigation channel giving a marker action for a rescue when a person is drifted on the river or irrigation channel and capable of simply acquiring and recovering flowing objects flowing on the river or irrigation channel. SOLUTION: A stemming net body 1 is fixed to both banks of a river or irrigation channel (b) perpendicularly to the stream of the river or irrigation channel (b), and an opening frame 2 through which the flowing objects of the river or irrigation channel (b) pass is provided at the middle section of the stemming net body 1. A connecting net body 3 is extended from the opening frame 2 on the downstream side, and a removable net body 4 storing the flowing objects of the river or irrigation channel (b) is removably provided on the connecting net body 3.
