PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air operation switch valve operated without using any power sources and installed in water when it is applied to a sewage purifier or the like. SOLUTION: An air operation switch valve 6 connects a pipe 2 with an aeration air carrier pipe 62 when no air pressures is supplied from a branch pipe 8, and connects pipes 2 and 4 with a reverse washing air carrier pipe 65 when there is the air pressure is supplied from the branch pipe 8. Thus, the air operation switch valve 6 is switched according to the existence of the air pressure in the branch pipe 8. The air operation switch valve 6 is switched by moving a piston having a through-hole formed therein by the elongation/ contraction of a bellows, or based on a pressure difference caused by area difference between the left and right end surfaces of the piston.
