PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the sectional areas of a flow-in side communication path and a flow-out side communication path are left as they are and large the sectional areas of a flow-in side flow path and a flow-out side flow path opened in a center hole in order to facilitate flowing in the flow path of a residual pressure removing three-way valve. SOLUTION: A sleeve 12 is disposed in the center hole 11 of a body 10 via O ring seals 17 and 18, and a flow-in side passage 21 and a flow-out side passage 22 are opened in two positions facing each other with the center axis of the center hole 11 held therebetween and axially displaced in the inner surface of the center hole 11. The O ring seal 17 is inclined with respect to the vertical surface of the center axis of the center hole 11, and the opening areas of the flow-in side passage 21 and the flow-out side passage 22 are set larger relatively with respect to the diameter of the center hole 11.
