PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for checking an action for optimum reference data corresponding to the new kind of processing liquid. SOLUTION: A rewritable data memory 13 in which the reference data is stored is arranged independently of a program memory 12 in which the processing program of a microcomputer 11 is stored. When the kind of processing liquid is changed, the content of the memory 12 is not changed at all and only the content of the memory 13 is rewritten.
