PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outrigger expansion speed control device in which expansion speed of respective outrigger cylinders can be simultaneously or differently adjusted as desired, and in which the number of ports of a swivel joint can be reduced. SOLUTION: An outrigger expansion speed control device is provided with plural outrigger cylinders 20-23 to actuate outriggers of the same number, bottom side oil chambers 20a-23a of the respective outrigger cylinders 20-23, rod side oil chambers 20b-23b or more than two outrigger cylinder main control valves 30-33 to change over oil pressure to inoperative positions, and a pilot pressure adjusting means to adjust flow of the outrigger cylinder main control valves 30-33. The pilot pressure adjusting means adjusts pilot pressure to the outrigger cylinder main control valves 30-33, and it has a single operation lever to designate a changeover direction of the outrigger cylinder main control valves 30-33, and a selecting switch 56 to select and change over flow and a hydraulic oil discharging direction of an optional one of the outrigger cylinder main control valves 30-33.
