Concrete or the like is formed in a plate shape in a supporting member 14, and the member 14 is arranged on the side face 16 side on the reverse side of a side face 15 receiving fluidization pressure Q. The supporting member 14 is disposed at an approximately right angle to a side face 16, a lower end section is used as embedment, and the member 14 is buried into a non-fluidization ground 12, in which there is no possibility that the ground 12 is fluidized in case of the earthquake. A plurality of the supporting members 14 are arranged at proper intervals. Accordingly, even when the fluidized ground is fluidized in case of the earthquake, the fluidization and damage of the underground structure can be prevented, a supporting means can be simplified, and installation works can be facilitated.
