PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a lever support member and improve the rigidity of a connecting arm by pivoting a side clutch lever on a connecting arm for tilting a machine frame of a snow removing machine by a hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: A snow removing machine is so constructed that a machine frame 50 supporting an engine or the like through an output shaft 17 on a crowler traveling device is freely rotatably installed and a handle frame 4 is fixed to the right and left side frames 50a, 50a. A pair of right and left connecting arms 41, 41 are fixed to a connecting frame 40 between the side frames 50a, 50a, and the central part is connected by a support shaft 44, and the machine frame 50 is tilted by elongation and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder 42 to control the ground clearance of a snow plowing auger at the forward end. Right and left side clutch levers 55, 55 are pivoted on the support shaft 44 and connected through a link to a transmission case. Thus, the member for supporting the levers 55, 55 is omitted and the rigidity of the connecting arms 44, 44 can be improved by the support shaft 44.
