PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range finder capable of more uniformly raising the illuminance level of a video signal which is a reflected light from a subject as compared with the conventional range-finder. SOLUTION: This range finder is equipped with a light source for projecting light to the subject 107 and 108, light source means 101 to 104 which are respectively provided with a sweeping part for sweeping the projecting direction of the light from the light source and whose installation positions are different, a camera part 106 having plural pixels and obtaining image data by receiving the reflected light being the light projected to the subjects 107 and 108, and a distance calculation part for calculating a distance to the subject by specifying the projecting direction of the light which corresponds to the reflected light made incident on the respective pixels and utilizing the specified projecting direction based on the image data obtained by the camera part 106. |
