PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer which prevents an original sample container from being retained in a special standby part until the result of a primary analysis regarding a sample having a possibility of a reanalysis is obtained. SOLUTION: A sample for primary analysis is dispensed to a reaction container 1 on a reaction disk 2 from a sample container 5. At this time, a preliminary sample is dispensed to another reaction container. A preliminary sample corresponding to a sample whose reanalysis is required due to the result of a primary analysis is dispensed to a new reaction container on the reaction disk from another reaction container, and a reanakytical operation is executed. |
