摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the turn of a turning member into a stable state by a simple structure by providing protrusions on either fixed members arranged on both side of a turning passage of a turning member or the turning member or on both of them so as to be arranged on both sides of the turning member and controlling the turn of the turning member by friction of the protrusions. SOLUTION: When an arm 1 is turned, the arm 1 is brought into contact with and pressed by a protrusion 2b of a fixed member 2, and a protrusion 1b of the arm 1 is brought into contact with the fixed member 2. The arm 1 is braked by the frictional resistance of the protrusion 2b and the protrusion 1b. Since the arm 1 is braked while being pinched between the fixed members 2, it is not necessary to improve fitting accuracy of a shaft 1a for turnably supporting the fixed member 2 and a bearing hole 2a, and also it is not necessary to improve axial positioning accuracy of the arm 1 by a part to be turnably supported. Accordingly, manufacturing cost can be reduced.
