摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a large forging of integrated structure excellent in strength and corrosion resistance by cogging-forging a steel ingot excellent in strength and corrosion resistance, cutting the ingot into specified sizes, achieving the homogenizing treatment, forging it with forging fiber flow horizontal to the plane of use, and achieving the solution treatment after heat treatment. SOLUTION: Steel excellent in strength and corrosion resistance is melted and cast into an ingot, the ingot is cogged into specified size, and after the homogenizing treatment, the forging fiber flow is horizontal to the plane of use, the horizontal forming is achieved to a shape close to that of a product, and the forging is formed into the specified shape through hot forging such as rough forging and die forging (finish forming), and the solution treatment is achieved after the heating. In the homogenizing treatment, the cogged forging is heated for >=30 hours at 1220-1260 deg.C. In the solution treatment, the forging is heated to 1150-1260 deg.C, and then, rapidly cooled. A flanged semi-spherical body is formed by cogging and forging a super-austenitic steel, followed by the homogenizing treatment, the horizontal forging, the solution treatment, etc.
