摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound capable of detecting a compound having amino group to be detected with a high sensitivity and high selectivity and eliminable under mild conditions while recovering the physiologically active structure essential to the compound to be detected after the detection and useful as a fluorescence emitting labeling reagent by labeling an unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid anhydride with a fluorophore. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by formula I (Flu. is a fluorophore; A is an aliphatic group or a straight-chain organic binding group containing N; formula II is an atomic group representing an unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid anhydride when H is bound), e.g. dansylaminomethylmaleic anhydride. For example, in the case of the exemplified compound, the compound represented by formula I is obtained by hydrolyzing a bromomethylmaleic anhydride, reacting the resultant bromomethylmaleic acid with an aqueous solution of ammonia, providing aminomethylmaleic acid, then reacting the obtained aminomethylmaleic acid with dansyl chloride, affording dansylaminomethylmaleic acid and subsequently carrying out cyclodehydration thereof with (trimethylsilyl)ethoxyacetylene as a dehydrating agent.
