PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic measuring apparatus low in cost and high in efficiency by utilizably feeding a feed voltage matching with a load to driving means through a converter, using a control/adjusting means. SOLUTION: A microcontroller 15 and a step-up converter 17 are attached to an electronic control and/or adjusting means 3 to control an H-type bridge through a control lead 16 and feed a voltage to this bridge through a feed lead 18. A voltage is fed to the controller 15 through a feed lead 21. A stepper motor 7 has a shaft 8 on the end of which an end bearing switch 22 is mounted, the switch 22 is monitored by the controller 15 and set to a zero point. A voltage source 4 is composed of two NiMH accumulators 24 which feeds its supply voltage to step-up converters 17, 20 through feed leads 25 as well as to the controller 15 through a control lead 26. The voltage source 4 may be connected to an external voltage source and the accumulators 24 are also connected. A charge current controller 27 is connected to the controller 15 through leads 30, 31.
