PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily select between an adhesive fixing method and a bolting method in fixing a sign post to the road surface by clamping a lower flange part of the sign post by upper and lower bases provided with an adhesive reservoir and a bolt passing hole and fixing the same. SOLUTION: A lower flange part 2-1 of a sign post 2 is clamped by an upper base 1-1 and a lower base 1-2 and fastened and fixed by a fastening screw. The base 1 is provided with an adhesive reservoir 4 and a rib 5 formed on the lower surface, a vertical passing hole 6 formed in the central area, and plural vertical passing holes 7 formed in the peripheral edge thereof. Thus, the adhesive reservoir 4 and the vertical passing holes 6, 7 are filled with an adhesive 9 to fix the traffic post 2 to the road surface R by adhesion, or without the adhesive 9, an anchor having a female screw is buried in the road surface R and a bolt is passed through the vertical passing hole 6 or 7 to fasten and fix the sign post 2 to the road surface R. Accordingly, in fixing the sign post 2 to the road surface R, an adhesive fixing method or a bolting method may be arbitrarily selected.
