PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital voice recording and reproducing device capable of easily performing the transfer of a digital speech data to a computer in a short time without requiring an exclusive data form converting driver or software. SOLUTION: In a digital speech recording and regenerating device for converting an analog speech signal from a microphone 11 into a digital speech data, compressing the data, storing the resulting data in a build-in solid memory 15, extending the digital speech data read from the built-in solid memory 15, and then converting it into an analog speech signal for regeneration, the compression of the digital speech data is performed so that the data capacity per 60 seconds is 100 kB or less to directly convert the data into a wave file form generally used, for example, as a sound file for computer. Thus, the digital speech data can be transferred to a computer as it is through an external solid memory or communication line. |
