PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly effective advertising device, which is easy to see for walkers on sidewalks, reduces air resistance during driving, and can be seen in the evening and at nighttime, by installing a frame body, which is provided with fluorescent lamps inside and mounted with an advertising board at a position near the fluorescent lamps, to intersect orthogonally a mounting frame provided with winding tools and bushes. SOLUTION: A frame body provided with fluorescent lamps inside and mounted with an advertising board at a position near the fluorescent lamps is installed so as to intersect orthogonally a mounting frame provided with winding tools and bushes. This device has a rectangle parallelepiped frame body 3 provided with opening parts on the front and back sides, and plural pieces of U-shaped winding tools 3a for fixing the frame body 3 to the mounting frame are arranged on the outer peripheries of the openings, and also entrance holes 3b for putting in and out the advertising board on the right side are arranged. The fluorescent lamps 8 are installed inside the frame body 3. The fluorescent lamps 8 are arranged so as to emit light toward the outside of the opening parts from behind the advertising boards, and plural fluorescent lamps 8 are arranged in a parallel near the advertising boards to let the boards stand out brightly.
