PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diaphragm controller preventing various problems based on the mechanical error of a guiding mechanism, having high reliability and capable of accurately adjusting the opening degree of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: An aperture 12 is formed on a diaphragm unit base material 11. Then, 1st and 2nd diaphragm blades 31 and 41 freely move back and forth on the base material 11, and adjust the opening degree of the aperture 12 cooperatively. The blades 31 and 41 are coupled by a 1st lever 53. Then, the blades 31 and 41 are coupled by a 2nd lever 57. The lever 57 is positioned on an opposite side to the lever 53 in a state where the aperture 12 is put in between. A coil spring 71 is provided around the rotary shaft 56 of the lever 57. The spring 71 energizes the blades 31 and 41 in a direction where the blades 31 and 41 close the aperture 12.
