PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an allergen testing body which does not use an antigen dissolved solution as a liquid and in which an allergen collection part, an antigen-dissolved- solution supply part and an testing part are incorporated integrally by using the aller gen testing body in which an antigen-dissolved-solution solid component used to gener ate the antigen dissolved solution by pouring water is held. SOLUTION: As an allergen collection body 1 and an allergen collection body 1' which are constituted as two layers, a material such as a sheet of filter paper or the like is used generally. An antigen-dissolved-solution solid component is held by a water-permeable material 2. As the water-permeable material 2, a porous sheet such as a sheet of filter paper, a sponge or the like is used. An allergen testing body 4 uses a test strip of an immunochromatograohy type. The allergen testing body 4 is attached to the opening part of a dust collecting bag at a vacuum cleaner, it sucks an allergen in the air so as to be collected by the allergen collection body 1. The allergen testing body 4 is removed from the vacuum cleaner, and tap water in a set amount is poured from the upper part of the water-permeable material 2. The solid component is dissolved by the water, an antigen dissolved solution dissolves an antigen from the allergen collected on the lower side so as to be extracted, and the allergen is absorbed by the testing body 4.
