DEVELOPING ROLLER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller showing no changes in the resistance of an elastic layer and only a small scatter of the resistance even after the surface layer is formed from a solvent-soluble resin. SOLUTION: This developing roller is used for an electrophotographic method in which a toner is deposited on an electrostatic latent image on the surface of an electrostatic latent image holding body, and the roller is produced by concentrically forming an elastic layer and a surface layer around a conductive shaft. The elastic layer contains carbon black showing >=90% transmittance in a toluene coloring test.
