PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner carrying roller capable of furnishing an excellent image being free from the image unevenness and the image forming device adopting the same. SOLUTION: The toner carrying roll 1 is, allowed to satisfy the relation shown by the following the numerical formula, Rz (max)/Rz (min)<2.0, when assuming the maximum value of the 10 point average roughness Rz in the roller peripheral direction as Rz (max), and the minimum value as Rz (min). The image forming device is, allowed to mount this toner carrying roller, and the ratio between the roller peripheral speed and the image forming body 3 peripheral speed are set in range of 1.0 to 2.0. |
