PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having high thermal insulation/high recycling/ low running cost and a polyester resin molding with high work efficiency. SOLUTION: A high thermal insulation space is provided by combining double faced corrugated cardboard panels using laminated corrugated cardboard panels excellent in water resistance and high strength by coating corrugated cardboards and paper pipes of a lightweight material with low thermal conductivity with polyester resin for external facing members/interior finish members. By making an inside space of the panel as a piping space, the lowering of efficiency in air conditioning or the like of the piping itself is prevented, and work efficiency is promoted to provide a building having high thermal insulation/high recyling/ low running cost.
