PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device which is low in unit price, excellent in workability, has sufficient strength and facilitates even weight reduction. SOLUTION: This fastening device 10, piling together a plurality of fastened members 40 connected, comprises two fasteners 1a, 1b formed by dividing vertically obliquely into two parts a columnar unit curving side walls 3a, 3b to the inward in almost drum shape. These fasteners 1a, 1b each are fit into a through hole 41 drilled in the tightened members 40, and fasteners 1a, 1b are slid along their respective divided surfaces 2a, 2b mutually in a reverse direction, so as to connect the fastened members 40.
