PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device without a responsive delay even when a spool hole of a compensator valve is deeply formed for eliminating a dimensional error. SOLUTION: A switching means 29 is provided between a load side pilot passage 21 and a selecting means 24, also this switching means 29 connects a surplus flow path 8, the surplus flow path 8 and the selecting means 24 are connected in a normal condition, communication of the load side pilot passage 21 with the selecting means 24 is interrupted, and communication of the surplus flow path 8 with the selecting means 24 is interrupted when a pilot switching valve 5 connected to a priority flow path 4 is switched, and the load side pilot passage 21 communicates with the selecting means 24.
