<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield by providing a drive circuit which drives at least either a first thin film transistor on a second thin film transistor. SOLUTION: The gate G1 of the first transistor Tr1 is connected to a selection line VG, and the drain D1 is connected to a signal line VD. In such a case, the source of the first transistor Tr1 is connected to the gate electrode of the second transistor Tr2. Then, the drain of the second transistor Tr2 is connected to a voltage supply line VLC, and the source is connected to a pixel electrode. At the time of driving, a signal VG is inputted to the selection line, and a pure digital signal VD is inputted to the signal line. On the other hand, the signal VLC where in a positive and a negative voltage signals appear alternately is inputted to the voltage supply line. At this time, the voltage V1 of the source side of the first transistor Tr1 increases as shown by a solid line, and then, the voltage V1 drops, and thereafter attenuates. On the other hand, the second transistor Tr2 becomes on-state, and then the pixel electrode is charged.</p> |
