<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image display device capable of controlling the output state of each sound information signal, relative to sound information signals synchronized with image information signal inputs from various different image sources. SOLUTION: Image information signals and sound information signals from a personal computer are inputted into a signal input means 1, and image information signals and sound information signals of television signals are inputted into a signal input means 2. An image switching means 3 selects either of the input means 1, 2, and an image conversion means 4 converts the image information signal into the number of pixels of a display means 5, and a sound signal switching means 6 selects either of the input means 1,2. A sound signal control means 7 controls the output state of the inputted sound signal. An operation means 11 is a means for inputting the setting state of an image display device, such as 7 brightness, by the operation by a user. A control circuit 12 controls the switching means 3, 6 and the control means 7 by the operation means 11. A memory means 13 stores the setting state of the image display device set by a user and the output state of the sound signal, and the stored content is read out on the control circuit 12 and a sound output is controlled by the control means 7.</p> |
